It is constructed of 2.5″ TIG welded aluminum for maximum flow and light weight. We powder coat the tube gloss black for a great stealthy look. The genuine K\u0026amp;N high flow filter is tucked down next to the left side engine compartment air inlet for a great source of cool fresh air and NO heat soak. We’ve seen gains of 5-8hp and strong midrange improvement on lightly modified vehicles even on repeated dyno runs. Much better than those systems that locate the filter near the header! To tie it all together we include a top quality multi-ply silicone coupler.
