MWR FORGED CONNECTING RODS (4) – TOYOTA 2ZZ-GE

Description

MWR Forged H-beam connecting rods have the strength and precision you’re looking for at a fraction of the price of other rods. Machined from a chromoly forging these rods are checked to the 10,000th of an inch for dimensional accuracy. These rods are built to handle extreme conditions and high boost levels but are still very light so they work great for NA applications as well. We use these rods in many of the race engines that we build in-house.

Torque Spec:
45 ft-lb with ARP lube
55 ft-lb with 30WT oil
Torque only to the spec above, do NOT turn an additional 90 degrees.

note: all 2ZZ aftermarket rods have a wider than stock small end for maximum durability; this works fine with all 2ZZ aftermarket pistons. OEM pistons are quite narrow in this area and must be machined slightly for clearance (most people do not install aftermarket rods with OEM pistons).
